A labyrinth is a single path or unicursal tool for personal, psychological, and spiritual transformation. Walking a labyrinth is a right-brain task; it involves intuition, creativity, and imagery and no active decision-making. Its purpose is to guide, not confuse. The act of walking a labyrinth keeps an individual’s awareness on the present, thus providing an environment for positive thought processing. Our Labyrinth was designed and constructed by Lynn Hartwood in 1999.
